Caring for Rabbits
Rabbits can be fairly easy to raise. Unlike cats, rabbits can’t be declawed. Like dogs they need to have a reasonable amount of exercise. Rabbits need to be housebroken before they can roam around freely. If you want to groom rabbits DON’T clip their whiskers. Whiskers are a major sensory organ for rabbits. They use whiskers to measure tight spaces. The whiskers are the width of a rabbit’s body for rabbit. The rabbit’s heartbeat is 130 to 325 beat per minute. Rabbits only eat certain types of food. They feed on things they normally feed on in the wild. They mostly feed on vegetables. Avoid feeding! Cauliflower and cabbage to rabbits because it gives them gas.
